I love to workout. My current favorite program is CLX. Amy Bento is probably my all time favorite instructor and I enjoy almost every workout she's ever
done, especially her step workouts and Kettlebell Dynamics. Other favorites are Cathe, Kelly Coffey-Meyer, Tracie Long, Sharon Twombly, and Kimberly Spreen
and many other workouts. I'll be receiving P57 soon as well as Mindy's two new bosu workouts. I can't wait to incorporate the P57 type of routine
into my rotation and I'm glad to have more use for my bosu. I've just started reading The End of
Overeating in hopes of gaining the insight and information needed to get myself back on track nutrition wise. I teach Kindergarten and enjoy reading
and shopping and staying in touch with family and friends far away on facebook.
